Here is our extensive FAQ:
Terms of Service
All orders are packaged on a first ordered first sent basis, unless the item is a preorder. We typically package 3 days a week unless we have a big shop update in which case we will package every day until all items are shipped.
If in any case you need express shipping please send us an email and we can work something out! (this will change the shipping price of your order) Otherwise any specificities can go in the "notes" section when you check out. If your note is urgent please email us instead as we don't see the notes until after we have printed our shipping labels.
Our packages come standard with tracking unless they can fit in a plain envelope! If you ever need us to send your tracking number again don't hesitate to reach out!
Camp Mustelid is run from a critter friendly house, if you have any animal allergies we recommend airing out or washing your goodies before use to avoid any reaction.
The Camp Mustelid staff is not responsible for any loss and damages to packages or goods once they are out of our hands. We will do our best to work with you to find any lost packages, however we are not responsible for replacing or refunding any items lost or damaged in the mail. For any questions regarding your package once it has left our office please contact USPS or your local post office. You can read more about this in our FAQ.
Due to the volume of orders we recieve and our limited stock and staff, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time unless an error was made on our end prior to shipping. Please be sure to carefully go over your order details before placing your order.
The Camp Mustelid staff cannot be held responsible for any harm or damages that are a result of our merchandise once it is out of our hands, please always handle with care! We always quality check our items before shipping to make sure they are in tip top condition!
